Stylenanda Exmodels : Jieun Byun & Hyunok Cha in Comopita

For the second time, I’d like to tell you about another pair of Stylenanda exmodels, Jieun Byun and Hyunok Cha. Although they are not CEO of an online clothing store like Hyeryun Kim and Mira Song, they are recently working together in online store Comopita, previously known as Happy Bronze.

As a second generation of Stylenanda models, Jieun Byun and Hyunok Cha have built a stellar path in Stylenanda for about 4 years.

 

After accomplishing successful career in Stylenanda, Jieun Byun and Hyunok Cha have expanded their professional careers in online and offline fashion industry. Since leaving Stylenanda, Jieun Byun has been working for SBS K-collection, Korean SPA brand ‘eight seconds’,  magazine ‘Marvel’, cosmetic brand mall ‘Abbamart’ and etc.

   

Hyunok Cha also has been featured in several renowned online clothing stores including Dabagirl, Tom&Rabbit and Stylemarket. Her pretty face is broadly matching with feminine, chic and cute mood according to various kinds of outfit.

  

In 2002, Jieun Byun has launched her own online clothing store Happy Bronze with her acquaintance and worked as a main model. And renaming it as Comopita this year, Hyunok Cha seems to join here as another main model.

 

As well as model cuts, Jieun Byun has frequently shared her daily pictures and behind stories of the works through her blog.  I’d like to see their unending advances in Comopita and more 🙂

    

 

Stylenanda Exmodels : Hyeryun Kim & Mira Song in Dark Victory

In Stylenanda, there has been always top models of online shopping market in Korea. Sora Park and Minhee Jung are still keeping their positions though, some of Stylenanda exmodels has left for their new challenge. To satisfy your curiosity, I’ve hunted information about where the Stylenanda exmodels go and what they are doing recently.

For the first chapter, I will cover one of the oldest Stylenanda models, Hyeryun Kim & Mira Song. They have launched their own online clothing store named Dark Victory in 2010 after leaving Stylenanda. Based on their successful career and experiences in Stylenanda, Dark Victory became one of famous online shopping places in Korea.

My iconic model of Stylenanda, Hyeryun Kim is one of CEO in Dark Victory. She has still shown a perfect bodyline and chic mood in every outfits.

  

Utilized her experiences of Stylenanda’s model & stylist, Mira Song is also working for Dark Victory as another CEO. Her exotic face is amplifying specialty in Dark Victory.

 

Not only as co-workers but the closest friends more than 10 years, Hyeryun Kim and Mira Song share their selfie and daily photos through SNS from time to time.  In their interview, they confessed that there was mere quarrels regarding management of Dark Victory. (Isn’t it a great teamwork and friendship?) Best wishes to Hyeryun and Miran, my dearest Stylenanda exmodels!

Kdrama & Style : Sunhwa’s Fashion in God’s Gift

God’s gift is making me so thrilled every week! A desperate struggle of a mother whom her child were kidnapped, God’s Gift – 14 Days, is getting entangled so much. Now all people except for a mother is becoming suspects (even a father became a suspect!!). Using a time warp and hundreds of reversal, the author of God’s gift must be a genius. 

 

And my lovely girl, Sunhwa Han from Secret, is performing her role so well. Among other singer-turned-actresses, her play seems advanced one. A undercover operation  in ep. 8 and a self-infliction in ep. 12 looks quite impressive.

(I feel like the same when she tortured herself. So sad at this point..)

Furthermore, Sunhwa’s fashion style is catching my eyes whenever she comes out. Contrast to overall nervous mood in the drama, her styling always gives life with her bouncy personality. 

   

Her red lipstick, leggings and a letter-printed shirts make great coordination.

 

Not to be a normal trench coat, she utilizes a pair of red shorts, heels and big earrings.

Long time no see. I brought a brand new shoes made by stylenanda. Korea is getting cold as winter is coming soon, Stylenanda is ready to launch 2013 F/W items to you. This Side-zip up Ankle booties are the one of those items that i love to introduce you.  Quiet classy and fancy item which you can coordinate both with jeans or dress.

 

As you can see, Lots of black leather boots are coming up these days but I choose one which is my favorite:

 

 

 This classy boots combines great with any kind of wears, but creating a same Classy mood. Very simple design without shoelaces, it has a side zipper. Plain but pointy sewing at the middle toe, very cuty though.

Sora Park has combined with very vintage fashion; And I think it is one of many options. Coordinated with black leather jacket and skinny black leggings maybe a good combination with this classy boots. Here I brought detailed photo above. Enjoy it:

   

STYLENANDA at LOTTE DEPARTMENT STORE (Myeongdong and Jamsil)

Stylenanda also has their offline mall at department store. Lotte Department is one of the biggest department store, having a lot of famous fashion & cosmetic brands. They have hundreds of department stores, but there are two most important malls in Seoul, Myeongdong and Jamsil.

Myeongdong Lotte Department Store is located at downtown of Seoul(If we compare with NYC, it is like lower Manhattan). Millions of tourists and young people visits during the weekend and it is 24 hour crowd.

Myeongdong Lotte Young Plaza is located at Myeongdong station, Seoul subway line no.4. It is not recommended to go with taxi or bus. As I mentioned before, it is crowd 24/7, though the subway is the best method to get there.

In 2nd floor, you can find Stylenanda’s offline mall at the center. As you can see at the photograph, their primary lines are focused on 3ce, new cosmetic brand launched by Stylenanda.

3ce (3 concept eyes) enjoys a tremendously increasing popularity among the twenties. Not because of being Stylenanda’s sub-brand, but having both a good quality and a reasonable price together.

As Seoul is divided into north and south because of Han river, There are two hotspots at both sides. Myeongdong was the north, and Jamsil is the South one. Lotte also has a department store at Jamsil Station, Seoul Subway line no.2, which is connected with Amusement park Lotte World, a famous metropolitan amusement park.

Again, you can find Stylenanda at 2nd floor.

After Jamsil Stylenanda mall’s launching, A lot of korean celebrities are visiting Stylenanda constantly, bringing a news to Stylenanda itself. Obviously buying though online mall is the most convenient way to shopping, but clothes are exception; we must check the item with our own eyes to prove it fits to me or not. Perhaps it is a good option for stylenanda holics to visit there once.

1st OFFLINE MALL : Hongdae STYLENANDA FLAGSHIP STORE

HONGDAE STYLENANDA FLAGSHIP STORE

Since 2002, Stylenanda met with there customers through Online shopping mall only, but finally Stylenanda made it. There first offline store was opened in Hongdae(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hongdae_area), one of hottest places in Seoul. It was opened in September 2012, and recently just have celebrated their 1st anniversary.

 

This flagship store occupies whole building, having 3 floors. Stylenanda filled entire building with their products. Each floor has different concepts and items displayed. I’ll explain every concepts floor by floor.

 

There are latest clothes and 2 brands launched by Stylenanda. One is 3ce, also called ‘3 concept eyes’ and KKXX.

We will talk about both KKXX and 3ce later in another posting. Today, let’s go back to stylenanda flagship store. Here we have 1st floors  snapshots to show you.

2nd floor is about vintage clothes, brand clothes, brand accessories, and living products. Stylenanda flagship store also cover another indie & famous brands’ vintage and new products. I love those carpet and the overall interior that stylenanda have done.

 

3rd and the last floor has basic clothes, pants, and Jeffrey Campbell lines and shoes zone. It looks like a big laundry and it is very funny. Here are other snapshots to share.

 

We have looked all floors of Hongdae flagship store! It is amazing how they finished with such a decoration and interior design with unique concept for each floor. I believe

The best way to experience flagship store is to visit them actually, but as it if difficult, I wanted to show you how there mall looks like. If you have an opportunity to visit South Korea, going to Stylenanda’s Hongdae Flagship Store may be a great experience.
